Cancellation Policy
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. (But May be transferred to new a rescheduled appointment IF rescheduled before 48 hrs of appointment time only.)
A card must be on file to book an appointment.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance or 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and the client will be charged a no-show fee. (50% of your service) If cancellation fee isn’t paid, you will not be able to book again until fee is paid .
•No extra guests are allowed. (Including children)
•No deposit / No confirmation = No appointment.
•Anything scheduled on a Sunday is an extra $50. (Sunday is considered after hours)
